  1. Create or review a glossary term representing a meaningful record population.
  2. Open Tag Monitoring and choose one quality-related tag.
  3. Record the affected count, trend, rule provenance, and sample records.
  4. Decide what the tag should mean operationally and who should respond to it.
  5. Choose the next action: investigation, clean project, AI-assisted remediation, rule/mapping review, or source escalation.

Deliverable

A governance note defining one reusable population, one quality signal, its owner, and the expected action when the signal appears or increases.
